How Matter notifications work
Matter will notify you when something important happens. By default, here's when you'll receive notifications:
You've received new feedback or kudos
You've received thanks for giving feedback
News about Matter product updates
You've received a feedback request
Email Notifications
By default, you'll get email notifications if you receive new feedback or a feedback request. Here's how to change your preferences:
Log into Matter web (app.matterapp.com)
In the bottom left drawer, select Account Settings
Go to the Notifications tab
Adjust email notifications accordingly
