How do I send kudos in Slack?

You can send kudos from Slack or from our Web App.

Slack:

1. Access the kudos modal through the "Give Kudos" button in the Matter channel, App Home tab, or Slack shortcut /kudos

2. Select channel member(s)

3. Choose the type of kudos: Thank You, Amazing Job, Team Work, etc.

4. Add your recognition message

5. Select Public (default) or Private visibility

6. Add coins (Rewards feature- coming soon!)

7. Hit "Send"

Web App:

1. Login to Matter

2. Click the "Give Kudos" icon (handclapping) from the Home page

3. Select channel members

4. Choose the type of kudos: Thank You, Amazing Job, Team Work, etc.

5. Add recognition message

6. Select Public (default) or Private visibility

7. Hit "Send"
