Create custom kudos from Slack:
Go to your Slack Apps > MatterBot
(If you have more than one channel) Select the channel you'd like to add a Custom Kudos to
Click on the "Home" tab
Go to the Kudos section
Click on "Add Kudos"
Create custom kudos from the web app:
Go to the web app (app.matterapp.com)
Login to your account via Slack, Google, or email
Go to Channel Settings > Kudos
Click on the "Add Kudos" button on the top right corner
