Matter Admins are able to set coin allowances at both a team-wide and individual level in our web app.
To set coin allowances for your team:
1. Log in to your Matter account at https://app.matterapp.com/login
2. From the left nav bar, head to 'Channel Settings' > Rewards
3. Under 'Default Allowance,' set the default amount of coins that each member of your channel will receive at the end of every Feedback Friday.

4. To assign a coin amount on an individual level, click 'Add' in the Custom Allowance section, select a team member, and set their custom coin amount. Please note that an individual's custom coin allowance will override the channel's default coin allowance for their account only.
